2024-3Q: [CRM] Users Page and logins

The user's page has been updated to include the last login information for each user in SIMPLer.

Accounts displayed in red reflect users who have not logged in for 3 months or more. If an account hasn't been used for more that 6 months, it will be deactivated automatically.
