2023-3Q: [CRM] Master / Sub accounts - Plume

A new feature has been added to SIMPLer, to enhance the the function of adding an account in Plume's Frontline, from SIMPLer. Currently, a new, dedicated account is created in Plume, from SIMPLer (even if it is a Sub-account). There is now an option, that when enabled, will create  Sub-accounts in Plume's Frontline as locations of the Master account. 

By default, the feature is disabled, so things will continue to work as they were (i.e. a new Frontline account is created for each sub-account in SIMPLer)

To make use of this feature:

    1. The feature can be enabled at customer level, using the 'Plume -> 'SubAccount Mode' flag.

  2. Select 'modify' and 'Master Account Location' to enable this feature
