2022-4Q: [MAP] View Customers based on Site
Google maps is enhanced to give the possibility to select a site and see the customers grouped by Access Point for that Site.
As operator adds more antennas to their sites, it is handy to see where the customer is physically located. Based on where the customer is on the map and their direction to the tower site they can be moved to the correct antenna for that sector. It is also a way to make sure technicians have selected the correct antenna for the CPE after installation.
To make use of this feature:
- Select the site from the dropdown list
if the page does not load at first, do clear the browsers cache and try again
to use Google Maps, an API key is needed. For instructions on this, see the 'Useful Link' section below
