2022-Q4 [CRM] Service Location Flag
A new Service Location Flag feature has been added to to the SIMPLer platform.
The function of this feature is to identify and flag fibre locations that have, or have previously had an active customer. In turn, this will assist in identifying which status the customer account needs to move to.
For example: "Waiting for Circuit" (to start the fibre drop construction process), or directly to "waiting for install" (to schedule the customer for installation).
The flag works by detecting whether the Service location ID on an account is in an active area or not.
To make use of this feature:
1. You will find it under the 'Drop Info' section and the 'Service Location Flag' will either be 'Yes' or 'No', depending if there is already an active customer in this service location, with the same service location ID.

2. Under the 'Vetro Live section' you can also see which customers have had that Service Location ID assigned (in historical order), if you hover over the 'Service Location ID'.
