2021-1Q: [SAND] Customers able to request receiving Daily Cap Email

A new feature has been added to enhance the functionality of sending emails to customers. It allows for an operator to override the "Send Method" on a per customer basis.

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to the Customer Account

2. Go to Network Details and under "Network Subscriber Auto Notification/Disconnection" you are able to make one of the following choices on a per customer basis:

  • Default

  • Send to Customer

  • Send to Operator
