2020-4Q: [CRM] Include Email sent to Customer from a Maintenance Ticket in Resolution
A new feature has been added to the Maintenance Ticket functionality.
Upon emailing a customer via the maintenance ticket the email that was sent is automatically added to the Resolution field. The header of the update will show as “Email Customer Update”
