2020-3Q: Ability to show Ticket Types on the EUP

A new feature has been developed to enhance maintenance tickets being added via the End User Portal by customers.

An operator has the ability of defining which Ticket Types will be visible on the EUP as well as the ability to define the label that will display.


To make use of this feature

1. Under Maintenance

=> Ticket Types

The label that will be visible on the EUP can be defined under the column "EUP Label"

2. Now that the label is defined it will be visible on the EUP and the customer is able to select the relevant Ticket Type from a dropdown menu

An operator is also able to overwrite the label for the original legacy "customer - EUP" ticket type

3. When viewing tickets under "Maintenance" that have been opened from the EUP they will have the "EUP visibility" flag set.

Operators can control this from the ticket page
