What's happening in Region 213?
Who doesn't love a good picture? It's that time of year, Photo Day is this weekend. We could really use a few more helpers, since you are going to be in the area anyway!
Details on when your team takes pictures, as well as where the pictures are and when we need volunteers, and some generally good tips for photo day, are all available on our [photo day page], under Schedules and Calendar.
Our Fall Registration is still open, but just to fill up the empty spots to get full teams, and to form a wait list. If you are thinking about registering, and there is room, act now! This is [past] the right time for you to be signing up.
This year, we are again using our simple two-step process, which means the process is the same whether you are signing up for our Rec program, VIP, Extra, Youth Academy, or any of the other programs.
First is to apply once for the region. (All players in Fall need to do this, as Fall is the beginning of the AYSO year.)
Once we process you into the region for the year, your second is to sign up for the program(s) you want to play in.
That's it! You can also check our Programs page to see what the format is for our different programs and age groups.
Our current number of openings and waitlist is as follows:
See our Registration page for dates and locations, instructions and information.
It's time to play! Those players signed up for U7 to U14 divisions for Fall will have the chance to participate in the End of Summer Soccer Fest. This is a great opportunity to meet coaches, administrators, and other players. Whether you are a first timer or been doing this for ages, this is a great chance to meet other parents and share stories, info, sunny day tips, etc.
While we have a well-established board of directors, we continue to look for parents to help grow our programs in North Irvine.
If you have interest, or know someone that might be, please contact the Regional Commissioner. If you're not ready to take on a board position, we have many other volunteer roles, some of which are described at this link.
