AYSO Area 2B is comprised of the following regions that are located in northern San Mateo County in Section 2:

To learn more about the AYSO soccer program in your community, please visit the region web sites by clicking on the links above. AYSO's philosophy of Open Registration allows players to register in any region, so if your city does not have an AYSO program you can still participate.

AYSO is a non-profit organization that provides youth soccer programs for participants all over the United States. Consisting of over 50,000 teams and 500,000 players nationwide, AYSO is one of the leading youth soccer organizations in the world. It is often called “the biggest soccer club in the world.”

All of the regions in Area 2B support AYSO's mission of developing and delivering quality youth soccer programs that promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies

The primary soccer season in our Area is late summer through fall; however, the regions hold their registration sessions in the spring and early summer. Space is limited in most regions so you are encouraged to register early. Registration dates are shown on each region's web site.

Area 2B coordinates U12 and U14 division play for the regions in our area. Players register with the regions and teams are formed at the region level. Teams in those divisions play against other teams from other Area 2B regions. Schedules and standings for U12 and U14 divisions are available on this site (see U12/U14 Program).

The U16 and U19 divisions begin league play in late August. Most of the regions start their seasons on the first Saturday after Labor Day weekend. Game schedules for U5, U6, U8 and U10 divisions can be found on the regional sites.

Area 2B works with Area 2N for the U16 and U19 programs for the regions in our area. Players register with the regions and teams are formed at the region level. Teams in these divisions play against teams from Area 2B and Area 2N (Redwood City to Burlingame). The Area 2N web site is where you can find schedules and standings for the U16-U19 divisions.
