Manage the after-school intervention program. Assign teachers, assess and invite students, manage transportation, and communicate with families. Supervise the Summer School Intervention program at Sandia Academy.

We ran after-school interventions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, specifically focused on Math and Language Arts. We also had 200 students attend our summer school intervention program and the average student gained 2.5 months of growth as measured by the Reading Inventory.
