As the Instructional Designer at the Highland Campus, I am available to help faculty design and develop assessments, learning activities, and course materials that align with student learning outcomes. I can also help you leverage available instructional technologies to enhance the learning environment for your students. Click here to learn more about what I do and how I might be able to help!

I joined the Instructional Development staff here at ACC in 2010. Prior to that, I worked as a consultant and trainer helping colleges and universities across the country implement institutional assessment software. I earned my MA from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002, and my BA from Rice University in 2000, both in Sociology. While completing my graduate work, I taught Sociology, Mexican American Studies and Cultural Foundations at UT Austin and St. Edward's University. Outside the office, I am a Certified Jazzercise Instructor, avid reader, design enthusiast, DIY addict and loyal patron of the Austin music scene.
