Small Business Development Program

Austin Community College District’s Board of Trustees established the Small Business DevelopmentProgram (SBDP) to encourage increased participation of small and local businesses in purchasing and contracting opportunities offered by ACC.  SBDP seeks to achieve this objective through a race- and gender-neutral means. The SBDP shall ensure that SLBE firms are provided the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in all purchasing and contracting opportunities.

The information provided below is designed to help vendors understand requirements, qualifications, and the process for SBDP participation.

Monthly Vendor Presentations: What can YOU provide ACC? 
Procure to Pay (P2P) is providing vendors the opportunity to meet with the Purchasing team. P2P will hold monthly vendor meetings, vendors will be given 30 minutes to present their goods/services to a member of the purchasing team. These meetings will be scheduled in the morning (8:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.) and vendors must adhere to the 30 minute time limit.
