Please Update Aeries: Electronic Confirmation 
 You will need to update your child's emergency information online again this year. Go to the Atascadero Unified School District or our Santa Margarita School website, click on the section called "For Parents". In the drop down box, choose "Back to School Electronic Data Confirmation" and follow the directions to update your student's emergency information as soon as you can. The parent portal is open now.

School Site Council - 
We need 4 parents to join School Site Council. 
School site council is great opportunity to represent and be part of overseeing and providing input into the development of our school's strategic site plan (SPSA).

Transitional Kinder/Kinder Tea
Join us for our Transitional Kinder/Kinder Tea on August 22 at 2:00 on the Kindergarten playground.  Class lists will be posted and you will meet your new teacher.

To ensure a safe and orderly campus throughout the school year, we need your cooperation in supporting our school and celebrating the great things we are doing at Santa Margarita Elementary. In the past few months we have had an increase in the amount of vandalism and graffiti on our campus. The defacing and destroying of property can be costly to our school and district and may cause people to think our school is not well-cared for. Because our community and families do care about our school and what happens here, we are asking that you if you see or know of any vandalism occurring on our campus, that you please call the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office at 781-4550 or We-Tip at 1800-78-CRIME. We appreciate your help and support in keeping our campus safe.
