Mathematical Epidemiology Research Group

MERG, the Mathematical Epidemiology Research Group meets regularly to discuss questions in the fields of epidemiology, biology, economics, infectious disease, statistics, mathematics, and public health. This group, led by Dr Omayra Ortega, endeavors to address cutting-edge issues in emerging infectious disease and issues in national vaccination policy. We strive to create a diverse learning environment in the classroom, lab, and throughout Arizona State University. Special summer session research program is taking applications until Jan 5th 2015.
