The ELC maintains a comprehensive collection of books which are age appropiate. The collection complements and enhances the program at the ELC. Parents and students may borrow books.

Every week the children at each age group
attend a library class. Each classroom is divided in two,
with one half going to the library at a time.
Children are read to and afterward are given the
opportunity to choose a book to check out for the week.
Library time builds on literacy skills taught in the
classroom and promotes a feeling of familiarity with the way libraries work and how to use them as a resource for learning.
