Tomorrow we begin our school-wide fundraiser to sell Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough and Kansas Maid Butterbraid Pastry.  The four classes will compete to see who can sell the most product and each class will keep their share of the profits.  Proceeds from this fundraiser will help lower the student cost for class events like Junior Prom and Senior Week.

Order forms were handed out to students today.  Completed order forms with payments (cash or check - payable to Ashland Student Activities - must be turned into Ms. Twomey by Wednesday, January 30.

Product will be delivered to AHS and will be available for pick-up in the AHS cafeteria between 3:30 - 5:30 on Wednesday, February 13.  Please note all product is frozen and must be picked up from AHS during the delivery time.  Please make arrangements for someone else to pick up your order if you are not available at this time. We will send out reminders.

11/1/18 - Class Dues
As you may know, all students at AHS must pay class dues which for the Class of 2022 are $20 per year for a total of $80 through senior year.  Class dues help support student activities including prom and senior week.

All dues are now to be paid online through cityhallsystems.com.  Please see below for details, share this information with your parents and guardians, and make an effort to pay your dues as soon as possible.  You may pay all dues in advance or pay $20 per year.  If you have any questions or concerns, please see me Ms. Twomey.  Thanks!

We have added a new online payment option through the Town’s online payment vendor, City Hall Systems for the payment of Class Dues. In addition to having the option to provide your payments by mail or in person, you can now go online at https://epay.cityhallsystems.com and select the Town of Ashland. Then select “Schools” on the menu on the left hand side of the screen. Then select “Class Dues” and complete the information required to submit your payment. There is also be a direct link on the school’s website. For each payment that is due, you can either pay the minimum due or a greater amount if you wish. There is a convenience fee associated with use of the online site: http://ahs.ashland.k12.ma.us/   ACH (electronic checks) payments are $0.50 per checkout and credit/debit card payments are charged 2.95% ($1 minimum) of the amount charged.
