Important Class Announcements:

5/25/20 - Class Rings
We have a plan for the distribution of class rings - thanks for your patience.

On Tuesday, May 26th from 3 - 5 PM a representative from Jostens will be at AHS to hand out class rings to anyone who purchased one this year.   She should have  reached out to you last week with online payment instructions if any amounts are still due.

We will be wearing masks and following strict social distancing guidelines and will deliver the ring to your car.   Please display a sign in your car with your name on it, and wear a mask.

As Mr. Adams detailed in his email last week, students will be able to pick up personal items from AHS at different times on Tuesday and Wednesday based on last names.  His email includes more information about this exercise so please read before coming to the school.  If you did purchase a ring, though, you'll need to come to the school  on Tuesday 5/26 between 3 -5 regardless of your last name time slot.  This is the only time when Jostens will distribute rings. You will also be able to pick up other personal items at this time

Tomorrow we begin our school-wide fundraiser to sell Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough and Kansas Maid Butterbraid Pastry.  The four classes will compete to see who can sell the most product and each class will keep their share of the profits.  Proceeds from this fundraiser will help lower the student cost for class events like Junior Prom and Senior Week.

Order forms were handed out to students today.  Completed order forms with payments (cash or check - payable to Ashland Student Activities - must be turned into Ms. Twomey by Wednesday, January 30.

Product will be delivered to AHS and will be available for pick-up in the AHS cafeteria between 3:30 - 5:30 on Wednesday, February 13.  Please note all product is frozen and must be picked up from AHS during the delivery time.  Please make arrangements for someone else to pick up your order if you are not available at this time. We will send out reminders.

11/1/18 - Class Dues
As you may know, all students at AHS must pay class dues which for the Class of 2022 are $20 per year for a total of $80 through senior year.  Class dues help support student activities including prom and senior week.
