Foundations For Healthy Living

Welcome to Foundations for Healthy Living! In this new hybrid health and living arts course, students will explore and learn about 3 areas of wellness: Physical Health, Personal Safety and Social/Emotional Health. The goal of this class is to give students the foundational knowledge and skills needed to make healthy life choices both in school and out in the real world.

My goal is to not only teach healthy living skills and to inspire students to make healthy choices, but to also provide a respectful, safe, positive and fun environment where students want to learn. I ask that all students come prepared for class, are respectful active participants, and have the courage to take risks and be challenged.
