First Monday after February break and it was fun to see so many students back in the library!
We are expecting a new book order of 85 books on Friday. If Jenny can work her magic we will have new books on the shelves by Wednesday, March 2nd!

179 books were returned by 9AM!

Today Mrs. Wells taught 4 classes = 60 students
  • Students in 5th and 6th grade are studying Joseph Campbell's Monomyth. Get a quick tutorial by watching this popular YouTube video: https://youtu.be/Hhk4N9A0oCA
  • Student in 3rd grade began their GENRE Passport to Reading. Over the next 8 weeks they will check out, read and explore the characteristics of 7 genres.  This week we focused on Historical Fiction.
  • Students in 1st grade are exploring the difference between Narrative and Informational Nonfiction as we learn more about the water cycle!

Jenny help 35 students find and check out books during the time Mrs. Wells was teaching.

Tomorrow we will definitely reach 100 students!
