Superintendent of Schools:  Arp ISD is taking applications for the position of Superintendent of Schools.
Arp ISD is a small rural school district located 17 miles east of Tyler on Hwy 64. Arp ISD services 875 students from PreK-12, and has productive academic and extracurricular programs. The district offers small class sizes and a robust learning environment with the latest technology integration. 

Required: Valid Texas Superintendent certificate. Must be an effective communicator with all stakeholders., astute financial planner who is knowledgeable of funding sources and the budget process, strong instructional leader with effective management style and strong decision making skills. Must possess integrity and strong moral values, small-town values, strong people skills, be consistent and fair, civic-minded and active in the community.

Salary: Negotiable
