- ACSIP amendments deadline is May 1.
- If you know you something that you want to do between now and September, you might go ahead and include that in your amendments now so that it is approved.
- It appears that they will be increasing the pilot next year for the new software.
- Don't leave money in reserve. Budget to zero.

- This is what I think the process is going to be for the AAFC Conference:
- There were only a few registered, and those people will be given the opportunity to purchase their own book or to purchase one at the conference (I bet AAEA will bill the district) I think they will be getting an email on this. For all future registrants, the cost will be or has been added to the registration. I think this will start on the 20th.

I left a call in for Annette to assure that this is still the correct process
I use a formula to figure this. It has to be updated with correct final expenditures
and the current indirect cost rate for the district. I attached the excel sheet that we use.
Also attached Com Memo FIN with the current indirect cost rates for districts.
There is also a rate sheet for coops and charters but I didn't include those attachments
