Freshman Shine at Twilight

05/10/2012 – The Aquinas College Track & Field team hosted it annual Twilight Meet at Houseman Field. The meet was highlighted by Ryan Parminter's performance in the 200 meter. Ryan ran a personal best of 21.73 to record the third fastest time in Aquinas history. Parminter won the event by a half a second.

Ryan teamed up with Rumeal McKinney, Jake Sanders, and Blake Garvey to establish a season best in the 4x100 relay at 41.32. This time currently ranks the four-some 6th in the nation. The freshman class continued to shine as Ray Bordeaux, Jason Parnell, and Caleb Teachout teamed up up with sophomore Joe Slomski to run the 4th fastest time in school history (3.17.71) in the 4x400m relay.
