Saints Claim Victory at Bethel Invitational

– The women's cross country team placed first out of eleven schools at the Bethel Invitational. The competition was contested on the Pilots home course at St. Patrick's Park in South Bend, Indiana.

The women, who finished with 31 points, were led by senior Alina Dhaseleer, who recorded a 2nd place finish in a time of 18:28. The duo of Rachael Steil (18:32) and Britta Patterson (18:33) placed 5th and 6th respectively. Rounding out the scoring for the Saints was Carley Woolcott who placed 10th in a time of 19:06 and Catie Rietsema who finished 12th with a time of 19:15. Jamie Sansone (17th - 19:27) and Crysta Paganelli (24th - 19:39) also contributed to the Saints victory.

The Saints will return to the course next weekend as they host the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge at Riverside Park.
