Andrea Scott - International Graduate Scholarship

IELTS USA proudly announces the launch of the Andrea Scott International Graduate Scholarship designed to support incoming international graduate students at U.S. colleges & universities.

Eligible applicants:

  • Applicants must have a valid IELTS Academic score within the last 2 years (by the time of application deadline)

  • Applicants must be admitted to an accredited U.S. college or university for a Fall 2022 start term.

  • Applicants must be admitted and enroll in a Masters or PhD program

  • Applicants must qualify as an international student (hold at least one passport from a country other than the U.S.)

  • Applicants must be studying one of the following areas of interest:

    1. Social justice,

    2. Criminal justice reform,

    3. Women’s rights/Women’s studies

    4. Creative arts

    5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

    6. Educational access and equity,

    7. International Studies or International policy

    8. Higher Education Leadership

Award Recognition

  • $5,000 annual scholarship renewable for a maximum of 3 years

  • Promotion on IELTS USA’s website, newsletter, and social media channels.

Fulbright Foreign Student Program

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program enables graduate students from abroad to study and conduct research in the U.S. The Fulbright Foreign Student Program operates in more than 155 countries worldwide and approximately 4,000 foreign students receive the scholarship each year.
