Hannah Thompson was a four-year varsity letter winner. During her career, Arlington won two District Runner-up titles in 2014 and 2016, and had a combined win-loss record of 73-45 (.619 winning percentage).

As a junior, Hannah was selected to 1^st Team Class C All-State team in the Omaha World Herald and the Lincoln Journal Star in 2015. As a sophomore, Hannah was also named Class C Second Team Second team in 2014 in the Omaha World Herald.

Hannah was also named First Team All-Conference in 2014, All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2015 and 2016. Hannah was also a member of two district runner-up teams in 2014 and 2016.

Hannah Thompson served as a team captain in 2015 and 2016.

Hannah earned Academic All-State honors in 2015 and 2016. Hannah was also named a Runza Athlete-of-the-Week and was selected to play in the Northeast Nebraska All-Star game in West Point, Nebraska.
