Heather Johnson was four-year letter winner. Heather was a member of Arlington's first state qualifying softball team. During her career, Arlington won a District Champion in 2011, a District Runner-up title in 2010, and had a combined win-loss record of 77-41 (.653 winning percentage).

As a senior, Heather was selected to First Team Class C All-State team in the Omaha World Herald and the Lincoln Journal Star in 2011. She was named Class C Honorable Mention in Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star in 2010.

Heather was honored by being named First Team All-Conference for Nebraska Capitol Conference in 2011, and Second Team All-Conference in 2010. Heather served as a team captain in 2010 and 2011.

Heather earned Academic All-State honors in 2010 and 2011 and was selected as a Runza Athlete-of-the-Week.
