Kylee Bruning is a four-year varsity letter winner. During her career, Kylee was a member of three state-qualifying teams. Arlington won two District Championship titles in 2017 and 2019, two District Runner-up titles in 2018 and 2020, and had a combined win-loss record of 89-38 (.701 winning percentage).In addition, Arlington won three NCC conference regular-season titles and won the NCC Conference Tournament twice.

As a senior, Kylee was named First Team Class C All-State in the Lincoln Journal Star and Class C Honorable Mention in Omaha World Herald. As a junior, Kylee was named 1^st Team Class C All-State in the Omaha World Herald and Class C honorable mention in Lincoln Journal Star. As a sophomore, Kylee was name Class C honorable mention in the Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star.

As a senior, Kylee was named Co-Captain and First Team NCC All-Conference in 2020. As a junior, Kylee was First Team NCC All-Conference in 2019, and NCC honorable mention in 2018. Kylee served as a team captain in 2020.
