Alexa Brenn was a four-year varsity letter winner. During her career, Arlington won a District Champion title and finished third at the Class C State Tournament in 2017, two District Runner-up titles in 2014 and 2016, and had a combined win-loss record of 86-41 (.677 winning percentage)

As a senior, Alexa was selected First Team Class C All-State team in the Omaha World Herald and the Lincoln Journal Star in 2017. Alexa was also named to the Omaha World Herald All-Omaha Area team. She was selected Class C honorable mention in Omaha World Herald in 2014 and 2016 and Class C honorable mention Lincoln Journal Star in 2015 and 2016.

Alexa was named First Team NCC All-Conference in 2015 and 2017, Second Team all-conference in 2016, and honorable mention in 2014. Alexa lead as a team captain in 2017.

Alexa was selected to play in the Northeast Nebraska All-State game in West Point, Nebraska.
