A Brand New Year!
We are very pleased to welcome students and parents to the new year! This year we will be making connections across subjects in order to analyze and describe what we know, in both written and oral form.
Areas of direct support include:
Understanding the purpose and development of multiple forms of writing.
Learning how to determine what we know by finding key words in the text and building small group discussion identify and support comprehension.
Indicate connections between different subjects in order to compare and contrast using descriptive language.

Meet the Crew!
Hi! I'm Ms. Dani and I love working at DRMS! When I'm not working with the kids I am an author and I love to draw. I am passionate about my friends and family and am always seeking out new and exciting adventures.
Ms. Dani's favorite things: Barnes and Noble, tea, chocolate gelato, and sushi!
My full name is Amber Renee Deininger-Feathers. I have been married 12 years to my awesome husband who works as a copywriter for an online company. We have two children, a four- year old daughter named Violet and a two- year old son named Rook.To round off our cozy home, we also have three very spoiled dogs.
This is my seventh year working as a Social Communications and Support 3 teacher at DRMS. Before teaching I worked in a locally-owned camera store. I have both a BFA in Fine Arts (Painting) and a Masters in Special Education. I am currently a Tier 3 licensed teacher and hold a TESOL endorsement (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
