We URGENTLY need your help! Please open and sign our Google Doc's Petition to Support Fishing Within the High Schools & MSHSL.

As many of you know, the SATT has been working with the MSHSL (Minnesota State High School League) to get fishing accepted as a State Sponsored sport in MN. We have had two meetins in front of the MSHSL BOD (Board of Directors) and one additional meeting with the new Executive Director, Erich Martens, just a couple of weeks ago. At the BOD meeting in December, they will start to evaluate what, if any, sports should be added to the MSHSL. Fishing is certainly in the running and ranks high amongst the Athletic Directors across the state. THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN! We have been asked to collect electronic signatures showing support for Fishing within our high schools.

Please click the link above and add your name, city and state. We will also be sharing this link on Facebook and need everyone's help getting the word out. We need to do everything we can to get this to go viral, and gain the support for the student anglers. The only way to make that happen is with everyone's support with email, Facebook, and Instagram. Out of state support is welcome since we can filter based on the state you enter.

Thank you for supporting the student anglers!

Outcome of the tournament today on Minnetonka: Breckan Hanks and Ryan Piepgras put together a bag of 16 pounds of largemouth which was good for 28th place out of 150 teams in the inaugural SATT Tournament. They were boat captained by Nick Hanks. Congratulations!
