I have taught in South Washington County schools for twenty three years.  I received by BA in Elementary Education from the College of St. Scholastica and my MA from the University of Minnesota in Educational Psychology.  I began my career at Woodbury Junior High providing special education services to learning disabled students.  I am married and have one daughter. She is a senior at Woodbury High School.  We live in Woodbury. I have enjoyed traveling to many different destinations, including China, Russia, and many countries in Europe. My daughter and I did a mission trip to Honduras the summers of 2014, 2016, and 2017. I, also,  spent a summer as visiting teacher in Trinidad, and have travelled throughout Canada and the United States with my husband and daughter.  I am very active in my church.  In my spare time, my husband and I love the theater, visiting museums, and previewing art exhibits.  I enjoy being the mom of an Irish dancer, and supporting her in many activities.

Just a reminder, library checkout day is day 3. Day 1 and Day 2 our specialists are music, Day 3 and 5 - Media.  Art is on Day 4.
