Physical Education / DAPE / Health

Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year.  The Woodbury Middle School Physical Education program is designed to enhance both in the cognitive and psychomotor domain.  Our goal in PE is to increase your child's fitness level through a variety of movement activities and cooperative games.  Health education will be embedded into the Physical Education class.  Health and PE information/documents can be found on this site near the bottom of the page.   Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding Health or Physical Education.

Why do I teach:

I use teaching as a platform to help inspire, motivate, and educate young people through sports.  I hope to help our WMS students become great people in a structured, positive, competitive, and fun environment.  I want to teach these WMS students the importance of making a difference in our school as well as representing our community.

**Make it a "priority" to keep physically active and live a healthy lifestyle!
