Woodland fourth and fifth grade students had the opportunity to try out for the Math Olympiad Team last month. More than sixty students tested their problem solving and computation skills by taking the qualification test composed of five extremely challenging questions.
Team members meet Wednesday mornings about three times a month for strategy sessions and one contest given each month. The first contest begins this month and runs through March.
