Updates from the Woodland School Pride Committee

Hello Woodland Families,

Here are some updates from Woodland School Pride Committee:

We are planning to get bids from other companies for next year in the hopes that we can find greater flexibility in our sales timeline (possibly multiple ordering periods during the school year), printed samples, and a more competitive price point.  Please contact Jen Sherman (crazyredheads@hotmail.com) if you have a vendor referral for us. Don’t forget to wear your Woodland apparel on PBIS days to show school pride!

Picture Days
Coordination of these days has been transitioned now to Jen Sellner with the support of our committee.  Thank you so much to Kathy Sievwright for her years of volunteer effort to make this and the Read-a-Thon run smoothly!

Yearbooks are still for sale.  If you have not ordered, a second flier will go out in January.  Thanks to our volunteer photographers and most especially Dave Lostetter for being proactive in capturing all the wonderful Woodland moments that will make our yearbook great!

The Read-a-Thon will occur in February with the theme “Oh the places you’ll go!”  We are working to make the event evoke the love of reading with less of an emphasis on minute counting or competition.
