Sarah Silvers

Ms. Sarah Silvers is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and program coordinator at the Indianapolis-Northside facility. She has been working with children with Autism in various settings including home, school, center-based, and community-based programs for over 10 years. Since this time, she has worked in the field of ABA, specifically Verbal Behavior with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She received her B.A. from Purdue University in Psychology and her M.A. in Special Education with a specialization certificate in Autism and Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. In addition, she is a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis and a certified PCM Practitioner Level II.

Ali Anderson

Program Coordinator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.C.B.A)

Mrs. Ali Anderson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and program coordinator at the Indianapolis-Northside facility. She has been working with children with autism since 2003. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Butler University and her M.A. in School Psychology from Ball State University. She also received an additional Behavior Analysis certificate from the Florida Institute of Technology. Mrs. Anderson has previous experience as a therapist in a home based and center based programs for children with autism. She has attended various trainings on the application of Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior. She is a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis and is a certified PCM Practitioner Level II. In addition, she presented at the National Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) conference in 2010.

Keather Kent

Mrs. Keather Kent is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and program coordinator at the Indianapolis-Westside facility. She has been working with children with Autism in various settings including home, school, and center-based programs since 2006. During this time, she has worked in the field of ABA, specifically Verbal Behavior with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She received her B.S. from the University of Indianapolis in Psychology and her M.A. in Special Education with a specialization certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. In addition, she is a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis and a certified PCM Practitioner Level II.

Jenny Lanham
Program Coordinator, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (B.C.a.B.A)

Mrs. Jenny Lanham is a program coordinator at the Indianapolis-Northside facility. She began working in the field of ABA as a therapist and has over 5 years of direct therapy experience. In addition, she has experience working with children within a residential youth facility. During her experience, she has worked with children of varying levels, ages, and within different disabilities areas. She has attended various trainings in the use of Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal Behavior, Social Skills, Behavior Modification, Precision Teaching, PCM, Direct Instruction, Natural Environment Teaching, and other various topics. Mrs. Lanham received her B.A. in Psychology with a focus in child development from Indiana University. She has a Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders from Ball State University. Mrs. Lanham is a member of the Hoosier Association of Behavior Analysis and a certified PCM Practitioner Level II.

Courteney Schinbeckler
Program Coordinator, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (B.C.a.B.A)

Mrs. Courteney Schinbeckler is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and program coordinator at the Indianapolis-Northside facility. She has been working with adults and children with developmental disabilities since 2001. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Manchester College and her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from University of St. Francis. She also received an additional Behavior Analysis certificate from the Florida Institute of Technology. Mrs. Schinbeckler has over 6 years of previous experience as a therapist in a home, center and school based programs for children with a variety of behavioral and emotional difficulties. She has attended various trainings on the application of Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior. She is a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis and Co-Student Representative of this Association. In addition, she is a certified PCM Practitioner Level II.

Jessica McCuen 
Program Coordinator, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (B.C.a.B.A)

Mrs. Jessica McCuen graduated from Indiana University with two B.A. degrees and in addition has completed behavior analytic coursework from the Florida Institute of Technology. She began working in residential care for children with Autism while attending Indiana University. Afterwards, she worked for the Indiana Department of Child Services as a Family Case Manager. She has worked at the Applied Behavior Center for Autism since 2008 as an ABA Therapist, a Team Leader, a Lead Therapist, and now as a Program Coordinator. She is currently a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and Program Coordinator at the Indianapolis Northside facility. She has attended various trainings on ABA, Verbal Behavior, and Precision Teaching. In addition, she is a PCM certified Practitioner level II.

Rachel King

Ms. Rachel King is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Program Coordinator at the Indianapolis Northside facility. She graduated with her B.S. degree from Ball State University. In addition, she has her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis with a certification in Autism from Ball State University. While attending Ball State University, she worked with adults with disabilities in a residential setting for 2 years and at an accredited center for infants and toddlers. She has received trainings in Autism, ABA, Verbal Behavior, and Precision Teaching. She is a certified Professional Crisis Management Practitioner level II (PCM). She is also a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis.

Karen Brzezinski

Ms. Karen Brzezinski is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Program Coordinator at the Indianapolis-Northside facility. She has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental and emotional disabilities in various settings including home, school, residential, and center-based programs. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University. She also received a specialization certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She attended additional trainings in the use of Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal Behavior, Precision Teaching, and other various topics. In addition, she is a PCM Certified Practitioner Level II and a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis.

Mrs. Alysia Fuhrmann is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Program Coordinator at the Greenwood-Southside facility. She has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders since 2006. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and her M.S. in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently a Board Certification Behavior Analyst and Program Coordinator at the Greenwood facility. In addition, she is a member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis and is a certified PCM Practitioner Level II.

Whitney Small
Program Coordinator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.C.B.A)

Mrs. Whitney Small is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Program Coordinator at the Greenwood-Southside facility with 9 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. After receiving her undergraduate degree in social work, she spent nearly two years working for a Children and Youth Service agency. Mrs. Small earned her M.Ed. in Severe Special Needs from Simmons College. Afterwards, she spent her time in the New England area at a specialized center providing ABA services to children diagnosed with autism in public and private schools, preschool, residential, home, and community based settings. Whitney also provided numerous trainings for families as well as sibling support groups. Following that time, she spent four years as a behavior consultant and then clinical supervisor at a private facility for individuals with Autism in Pennsylvania.
