Speaker Bio

With real-world experience that drives practical knowledge, Douglas Zopfi is Ciber’s supply chain guru. As the principal consultant for Ciber’s supply chain practice headquartered in South

field, Michigan, he and his team focus on helping companies identify, design and implement supply chain solutions that drive bottom line financial improvements in network design, global sourcing strategies, technology solutions and inventory optimization. Prior to joining Ciber in October 2008, Zopfi held the position of Director – Mopar Global Supply Chain, responsible for managing all aspects of a $4 billion supply chain of suppliers, distribution centers and transportation providers that delivered service parts to over 5,000 dealers and distributors worldwide. Mr. Zopfi has a total of over 31 years in the Automotive Service and Parts business and brings with him extensive knowledge and firsthand experience in managing all aspects of a complex, global supply network. He is also a program instructor for the University of San Francisco’s Lean Supply Chain on-line certificate program. Mr. Zopfi holds an Executive MBA from the Eli Broad School of Management at Michigan State University.
