  • Bus Consolidation
PLEASE NOTE we need to have bus route consolidation on Friday 9/14. All students who normally ride Mr. Paci's bus, BUS #4, will be placed onto Buses #6 and #5, in the afternoon ONLY, when a consolidation needs to happen. In short, all students that live on Augusta Rd., Gardiner Rd., Duncan/Sennett, N. Clary, will ride with BUS #5, Mr. Higgins. All students that live on or off Bunker Hill, (Forest Glen Dr., Neck Rd., Deer Meadow, Punk Point and Heritage) will ride on BUS #6, Mr. Gilman's. Bus #4 students will be arriving home later than normal due to this consolidation schedule. Please allow anywhere from 20-30 mins later, give or take either way.  *Bus #1, Mr. Stanley’s afternoon run is NOT affected by this consolidation**

We give special attention in making sure that ALL our students get this information and that they are placed on the correct buses for the afternoon run. Please advise your child(ren) of these upcoming changes as well.

PLEASE email jvsoffice@aos93.org or call the office (549-7491, ext. 120) or send a note if you would like to pick up your child and/or make different arrangements.

Our Jefferson Village School cheerleaders attended a 4 day, National Cheerleading Association (NCA) camp at Husson University this summer.  The camp played host to over 50 Recreational, Junior High and High School teams from around the state and Canada during the month of July. In addition to earning a spirit stick each night of camp for their effort and attitude, our JVS team earned the coveted “Technical Excellence” award for Motions, as well as took 3rd place in the camp-wide Junior High/rec level mini-competition event. Not only did the girls do well performing as a team, 5 of the girls (Cadence Rau, Andrea Benner, Allison St. Cyr, Ava White & Abby Kopp) were recognized for individual skill excellence, and were thereby nominated to try out for the “All-American” team. Out of the entire camp only 3 athletes had scores high enough to receive the honor of making All-American. We are very excited to announce that our very own Abby Kopp was one of these 3! Way to go Firecracker!  The team hopes to use the skills they learned at camp in their competition routine this year. Keep your eyes peeled for this up and coming team! We’re so proud of you all.
