Volleyball update: Anna’s seventh grade team won the game 2-0 and the voice cracks helped them. Also, in the first set Mara Cathcart had a game turning hit that helped win the game. In the second set Cassidy Barr had an outstanding hit, and Becca Barhorst had a backward pass that kept Anna winning.
Middle School Cross-country: The junior high girls finished 3rd at the Columbus Grove Invitational. Grace Bensman lead the Rockets, finishing 5th overall. Abbie McEldowney was 12th, London Reiss 22nd, Jenna Wolters 25th, Lea Hoying 76th and Jadyn Huber 77th. Ethan Bolin was 151st for the boys. Owen Klinker was 153rd.
Any 8th grade student wanting to join FCCLA this year will need to sign-up and pay their $25 dues by September 14th in Mrs. Wuebker’s room. Fundraising orders and money are due by September 7th.
