    • Grade 8 and HS students, After School on November 16th we will provide students with an opportunity to work with JavaScript, Desktop programming in Java, Robotics programming using Lego Mindstorms and general programming via code.org

    • This Thursday is winter sports Picture Day. Cheerleaders and basketball players will have their pictures taken during the following times:***** All in HS Gym *****

    • 2:00 pm 7th Boys BK 8th Boys BK , 2:15 7th Girls BK 8th Girls BK , 2:30 Jr High Cheerleaders Stats & Managers

    • Lego Robotics will meet today after school until 4:30 and Thursday morning 7:15-7:55.

    • All 8th grade students and chaperones of the DC trip are invited to a pizza party on Thursday, Nov. 9th at 3:15 in the MPR. It should last until about 4:00 and we will be showing the video from the trip.

    • Science Olympiad:This week’s focus meetings are:

    • Roller coasters - 11/8, 7:15am, Dylan Seigle and Drew Doseck

    • Battery Buggy - 11/8, 3:15pm, Claire Aiken and Daniel Espinoza

    • All members are encouraged to attend one of these times as well to work on other events.

    • ALSO, the Veteran’s Lunch is scheduled for Thursday, November 9th. Student Council Members, you will need to meet in the cafeteria at 10:30 a.m. Please plan to dress up. You will return to class at 1:30 p.m.

    • Attention all Middle School Students:Student Council will be hosting a dance on Saturday, November 11th from 7-9 p.m in the auxiliary gym. Cost is $4. Theme is Red, White, and Blue in support of Veteran’s Day. Also, we will have free glowing bracelets for the first 125 students to enter (only to be used as a bracelet). We would love to see you there!

    • Power of the Pen will meet for lunch today. Grab your lunch and head up to the IMC!
