• • We will have our annual Spelling Bee tomorrow in the auditorium. The contestants will need to arrive by 8:10 for instructions. All other students and staff will need to arrive between 8:25-8:30 to begin promptly at 8:30.

  • The Book Fair is going on all this week in the IMC. Stop by and select your favorite books to purchase!

  • Are you interested in entering the 1st Annual Rockets Writing Contest? If so, please see Mrs. Rivera or any of the English teachers for contest information. All entries are due by Jan. 7, 2019.

  • Last night the 7th grade girls basketball team defeated Botkins 22-16. London Reiss had 6 and Brenna Cobb added 4. The 8th grade team won 34-22 led by a dominant performance by Taylor Poeppelman who had 23 points.

  • There will be meeting for all 8th graders interested in going out for HS football on Thursday, Nov. 29th in Mr. Marino's classroom starting right after announcements. It should take about 15 min.

  • Club Meeting Schedule:

  • FCCLA: There will be a MS FCCLA meeting this Friday during 1st period in Mrs. Wuebker’s classroom.

  • Lego Robotics - Mon/Wed after school and Tues/Thurs morning

  • Math Counts - Thursdays at 7:20am

  • PALS - after school Thursday, Dec 13; at Dorothy Love Dec. 18th

  • Sci. Oly. Team - Wed. 7:15-8 am and/or 3:15-4:30 pm

  • 6th gr Sci. Oly. Club - next meeting is Nov. 27, 3:15-4:15 pm

  • We Are IT Group - info meeting 7:55am Tues. Nov. 27, IMC. Trip is Dec. 7. See Mrs. Littlefield with any questions.

  • Student Council- next meeting is Tuesday, December 4th @ 7:45 a.m. in Ms. Folkert’s room
