    • On Saturday the 7th grade girls basketball team opened up tournament play with a 36-6 win over Fairlawn. Tanner Spangler had 14 points. The 8th grade girls team also played Fairlawn in the tournament winning 46-19. Riley Gaydosh had 13 points and Mary Landis and Audrey Bensman each had 10.

    • Good Luck to our boys basketball teams as they host Fairlawn tonight for games starting at 5:00.

    • Interested in becoming a soccer referee for our youth soccer program this fall? Responsible applicants at least 14 years of age this calendar year, please stop by the office for certification information. The athletic booster’s pays for the certification course and you will also be paid to referee the games. The next class is offered Feb. 4th in Lima and will hopefully be offered in July with dates to be announced at a later time.

    • Carnations for Canines: Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! Let your friends and sweetheart know how special they are! The Lego Robotics Team is selling Carnartions. Presale orders for carnations will be taken before school and during 5A lunch in the cafeteria courtyard starting Friday, January 27 through January 31st. The flowers will be delivered during the day on Valentine’s Day. Pre-ordered flowers are $2 and flowers sold on Valentine’s Day are $3 each. All proceeds go to supporting the Shelby and Auglaize County Animal Shelters.

    • If you’d like to donate snacks and drinks for the Feb. 17th dance, you can drop the items off in Ms. Folkert’s classroom.

    • School store is open until 8:40 today.
