    • The 7th and 8th boys basketball teams won last night at Fairlawn. 7th won 34-25 and 8th won 37-18

    • Attention 7th grade students- All Career Cruising accounts must be at 100% by 3 p.m. on Friday. This means you must have your journal entry completed as well. Please see Ms. Folkert with any questions.

    • Attention MS Student Council Members- Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 13th at 7:45 a.m. Please plan to attend.

    • Science Olympiad: meetings are Wednesday 7:15-8 a.m. and 3:15-4:30 p.m.

    • Reminder 7th grade Talent Show tryouts today during 5A. Meet in Millette.

    • Soccer weight lifting will be moved from tonight to Wednesday 4:00 – 5:00 due to the basketball game

    • FCCLA members, there will be a meeting on Tuesday January 30th during 5c in Mrs.Wuebker’s room. Please plan on attending.

    • The next Middle School Dance will be held Saturday, February 17th from 7-9:30 in the aux gym. We are in need of snacks and drinks. Please bring your donations to Ms. Folkert’s room. Thanks!

    • Ski Club- February 5th. Cost for HS students is $45 and cost for MS students is $41. $3 for a seat on the bus. If you have your own equipment it will be $24 less. Bus departs at 4:15, no exceptions. ALSO, if you take a lesson ($13 for an hour) you will be entered into a drawing for a gift card and reimbursed your lesson fee!!! Your payment must be to Ms. Folkert by Feb. 2nd. Makes checks payable to Anna Local Schools. See Ms. Folkert with questions.

    • Congratulations to Madison Jeffries, Kaylie Kipp and Madison Prenger for participating in the very first Ohio Music Education Association District 11 Middle School Honors Band Festival this past weekend! This festival was a very big honor and they represented Anna Middle School well!

    • The week the Power of the Pen will meet during lunch on Thursday.

    • Track Side Treats is now accepting applications for the upcoming season. The applications can be found in the high school office.
