All FCCLA STAR Event Participants selling chicken dinner tickets should turn them in today. Monday will be the last day they will be accepted.
Good Luck to our girls basketball teams as they host New Knoxville tomorrow for games starting at 9:00. Last night they travelled to Minster. The 7th grade was defeated 25-19 with Brenna Cobb leading the scoring with 9 points. The 8th grade also lost 25-20. They played a tough game with Taylor Poeppleman and Morgan Shepherd hitting a barrage of 3’s.
There will be an informative meeting on January 15th at 8:00 for all 7th grade students and parents who plan to go on the Washington D.C. Trip. The meeting will be held at the Elementary cafeteria and will last approximately 45 min. Please plan to attend.
If you are interested in working at Track Side Treats, please pick up an application in the school office. You must be 14 years old to apply. Applications must be returned to Track Side by the end of January.
Pre-sale tickets for Saturday’s game at St Henry are on sale in the office. $6 adults/ $4 students All tickets $7.00 at the door.
The Rockets Writing Contest deadline has been extended! All entries are due January 14th. Writers this is your chance to shine!
Math Counts - This Thursday morning (1/10) at 7:20 we will have the team competition practice in Mrs. McMahon’s room. I need ALL participants to come to this meeting if you want to be able to compete in Lima in February.
We will also be doing the rest of the individual competitions on the following days:
Thurs 1/10 After School until 4:00
Mon 1/14 After school until 4:00
Continuing Thursday mornings at 7:20
Sci. Oly. Team - Wednesdays 7:15 - 8 am and/or 3:15 - 4:30 pm. Must attend at least one.
6th gr Sci. Oly. Club - Tues. Jan. 29, 3:15-4:15 pm in LAB
Student Council- next meeting is Tuesday, February 5th at 7:45 a.m.
