• • There is a call-out meeting for any 8th grade girls interested in playing high school volleyball next year in Mrs. Zumberger’s classroom at 3:15 on Wednesday.

  • 7th grade students: You will be picking-up your candy in Mr. Hunsucker/Mrs. Pettus’s classroom today during your 7th period class.

  • Last night the 7th grade girls basketball team lost to Ft. Loramie 23-18 in the tournament championship. Brenna Cobb was the leading scorer with 10 points. Thanks to student section who did a great job of supporting the team.

  • Good Luck to our 7th grade boys basketball team as they compete in the SCAL 2nd round game tonight at 7:15 at Houston Schools.

  • Yearbook picture day for clubs and extras will be tomorrow, Feb. 6th in the morning at 8:15. Please remind students in any group or club that this is going on so they can dress accordingly.

  • The AMS Student Council will be hosting a Dance on Friday, February 15th from 7- 9:30 p.m. in the aux gym. Cost is $5 and the theme is Valentine’s Day. Dress up if you want!

  • We are currently in need of DRINKS only for the Dance on Feb. 15th. Please bring your donations to Ms. Folkert. THANK YOU!

  • FCCLA:There will be a meeting 1st period in Mrs. Wuebker’s classroom this Friday, February 8th. Also, regionals have been moved to March 2nd, so all projects must be done by February 22nd.

  • Math Counts - Meetings will continue on Thursday mornings from 7:20-8:00 until the competition takes place on Saturday, February 16th.

  • Sci. Oly. Team - Wednesdays 7:15 - 8 am and/or 3:15 - 4:30 pm. Must attend at least one.

  • 6th gr Sci. Oly. Club - Tues. Feb. 12, 3:15-4:15 pm in LAB, BOOMILEVER team members please attend also

  • Student Council- next meeting is Tuesday, February 5th at 7:45 a.m.

  • Power of the Pen-will meet Thursday during lunch in Mrs. Stutsman’s room. Competition is this Saturday!
