Networking Opportunities
  1. Executive Club Dining Events: Provides high level networking opportunities, an excellent forum to listen to first-rate speakers addressing important topics that affect business between Jordan and the U.S., and the opportunity to interact with both other members and speakers.  
  2. Conferences and Exhibitions: AmCham-Jordan notifies its members of upcoming conferences and exhibitions in MENA and the U.S. Members are invited to specific conferences according to their field to enhance their networking experience.
  3. Trade missions to the U.S. and the MENA region: AmCham-Jordan accompanies a delegation of members to attend business exhibitions in the U.S. and MENA region. We insure that our members reach their goals for business development during your mission.
  4. Committee Meetings: Committees and working groups meet together to discuss areas that concern business and investment relations between the U.S. and Jordan. Position papers are drafted and discussions held with the appropriate officials to solicit government action. Committee examples include: Trade and Investment, Finance, Intellectual Property Rights, and our newest committee Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Business Development Services
  1. Business Matchmaking Services: AmCham-Jordan arranges business meetings for U.S. companies traveling to Jordan in search of potential business partners. We also have cooperatives with several states including Florida, Texas, and Virginia to help expand Jordanian business to the U.S.
  2. Tender Announcement Services: Up-to-date tender opportunities are provided in the newsletter. Opportunities we deem of interest to specific members will be notified on an individual basis. 
  3. Publications and Business Reports: Keeps you current in the business and economic sector with selected publications, sector specific reports, and economic bulletins.
  4. Business Advocacy: Assists Jordanian and U.S. firms in addressing public trade and trade policy issues, and dealing with laws and regulations affecting trade and investment between Jordan and the U.S. to create and sustain a healthy business environment. This includes Door Knock Missions to the U.S. to lobby congress.
  5. Information Services: Provides assistance in company search, contact search, information about trade fairs and exhibitions, trade statistics, Jordanian and U.S. customs and the USFTA. We also provide general information about the FTA, QIZ and GSP and custom answers to business and trade related questions. 
  6. Consultations and Business Meetings: We provide general assistance for doing business in Jordan and setting investments and joint ventures.
  7. Discounted Fees for Business Training: We offer Expand Your Business (EYB) training for SMEs, a certified International Labor Organization (ILO) training program, which assists in developing growth plans in Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing, Strategic Human Resources, and Strategic Financial Management. AmCham-Jordan also organizes sector specific seminars and in-house customized training workshops.
  8. Meeting Room Space: Members can utilize the meeting room space at AmCham-Jordan by prior bookings. 
  1. Membership Directory: An annual publication that includes members’ full company information and distributed to companies in the U.S., Jordan and the region.
  2. “Members’ News”: Members’ have the option to advertise their news and business opportunities in the weekly newsletter and website free of charge.
  3. Sponsorship Opportunities: Members can utilize AmCham-Jordan's events, publications and website as a platform to promote their company.
