Spring Track 2012

Our Spring track season started Monday, March 5, 2012. We practice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00pm in Wills Park. See our calendar for the practice and meet schedule.

In track, our athletes focus on the 1500m/1600m/1-mile and 3000m/3200m/2-mile events. As a by-product of this distance training some athletes also participate in the 800m event. We do not train for sprint events (distances of 400m or less) or field events (such as long jump, high jump, etc.)

It is not too late to sign up for Spring track. Simply bring the completed registration packet to the first practice you attend; there is no need to mail the registration in advance. Thank you!
