Most information on the myAPS Portal is in the My HR menu. Hover over the menu title to reveal a drop-down of the specific options. You can also click the My HR menu title to go to the My HR home screen, which looks like this:

Here's what you can do with each of those options:
  • Accrual Information: View accumulated sick, vacation and personal days. You cannot change information on this page. Contact the HR Office at extension 5030 if you have questions.
  • Benefits: View a summary of your current benefits and your benefits history.
  • Contacts/Dependents: Submit changes to your emergency contacts. Any changes you submit will be reviewed by HR staff before they are made final.
  • Deductions: View your current deductions and your deduction history. To make changes, contact the Business Office at extension 5000.
  • Direct Deposits: Make changes to your direct deposits. Any changes you submit will be validated by Business Office staff before they are made final.
  • Pay Rate: View your current rate of pay.
  • Paychecks: View paycheck history. This is where you can view and print old pay stubs.
  • Positions: Review your current position as listed in the HR system.
  • Personal Information: Review and submit changes to your address, phone numbers, contact information, etc. Any changes you submit will be reviewed by HR staff before they are made final.
  • Print 1099 Forms: View and print 1099s.
  • Print W2 Forms: View and print W2s.
  • Taxes: View current tax withholdings. To make changes to your withholding status, contact the Business Office at extension 5000.
In some cases, information on the myAPS Portal is view only. For those sections where you can "manage" information, it is possible to submit changes. Be advised that any changes you submit must be reviewed by appropriate staff before they become "live" on the system. For example, if you enter an updated phone number, it must be reviewed and approved before it shows up on the myAPS system. You will be notified by email when a change you have submitted has been accepted or if the change has been rejected for some reason.
