Can biogas be produced using fish waste in a cold climate?
Our Mission
We are Allegheny. Combining unusual things to get an unknown end product is what we do. For our junior seminar with Professor Eric Pallant, we are using fish waste as our unusual input with the expectation that methane will be produced. It is our intent to capture the odorless gas and create a controlled flame strong enough to boil water. Ultimately we will be able to make a cup of tea with fish waste.
