Mentor Compensation

Mentor teachers qualify for compensation from the university as a small token of our appreciation for their service.  In order to receive this honorarium, mentors must fill out the Mentor Compensation Form and the W-9 form.  Part of this is for demographic data for accreditation, but part of the information is a university as well as a federal requirement for any honorariums.  The form must be completely filled out in order to receive compensation.  While honorariums cannot be guaranteed due to budget issues within the university system, they are typically issued to all mentors at the end of the spring semester of the intern's school practicum.
