Demo Videos Due Tuesday, October 5

posted Sep 28, 2010, 7:26 AM by Joshua Lieberman   [ updated Sep 28, 2010, 9:12 AM ]

Demo videos are due to Mark Buehler by October 5 and should also be uploaded to YouTube before then so that as many participants (and their friends and relatives...) can view and provide feedback on them before they have to be finalized:

YouTube account (check with Josh for credentials), connected to a channel called GEOSS AIP-3 Demo:   http://www.youtube.com/user/GeossPilot

A template and guidelines for wiring diagrams is located here.

Best to submit the video in the highest resolution you can. Target is a 4:3 aspect ratio as a final product, so best to start with that.

Data Quality Issues

posted May 24, 2010, 8:06 AM by Joshua Lieberman

Issues of data quality documentation and propagation have been discussed in the last two E2E telecons here and here. One action is to look at including a queryable data quality "status" in the GEOSS Common Record so that resources at particular levels of data quality evaluation and documentation can be discovered.

Engineering Use Cases
