Data Loading Technician II

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requests and translate them into data field normalization and Bates numbering specifications.
  • Load documents and data into litigation support software repositories
  • Troubleshoot data loading problems and handle exception documents
  • Decompress and extract documents from compound files
  • Convert native files into endorsed TIFF images using government approved tools
  • Follow data loading standards and workflow documentation
  • Export data and load overlay data into litigation support repositories and assess for consistency
  • Apply knowledge of computer system principles, automated data processing functions, and metadata structures to develop solutions to user requirements

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data loading and litigation support
  • Previous experience with Concordance, Recommind, Clearwell, or Relativity

Security Clearance

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation

  • Associates degree preferred

  • Full-time, Regular
